A proposal to create residential structure with aesthetic and intelligent architectural design. Engaging the ideas of universal methods by utilizing the region's ordinary construction methods to curate a home for a businessman and his immediate family. The residence is built upon an expansive hill top’s main level (the ground level) is comprised of three main zones dedicated to guest functions (reception and dinning), family functions (kitchen, living and dinning) and the master suit. Guest rooms have a panoramic view of the city, and to the private garden at sub-level. Accessible via exterior stairs or internal circulation, the sub-level contains many of the auxiliary program required by the client- game room, gym, indoor jacuzzi and pool, and a home theater. Other supporting functions such as maid's quarters, laundry, and a full service kitchen with lift and walk-in industrial freezer are also located on this level. The first level is comprised of four large bedrooms with their own wash/dressing room attached. They have access to a private terrace that is located above the guest zone.
